1. 1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to the Rette App (the “App”), a fitness content management tool designed to streamline the organization, scheduling, and tracking of social media fitness activities. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. 2. Description of the Service The Rette App provides users with tools to:
   • Curate fitness content from platforms like, but not limited to, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
   • Organize content into folders and create custom workout entries.
   • Utilize a calendar system with weekly, monthly, and schedule views, customizable reminders, and synchronization with external calendars and fitness trackers.
   • Play and view content in various modes.
   • Track workout history and progress.
   • Connect with a community of users and share content.
   • Access additional features such as a progress journal, notes, chat, and dark mode.
   A web component is available for administrators to manage user data, platform-wide data, and starter metrics.
3. 3. User Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. 4. Account Registration To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
   • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
   • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
